Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting open-source information to provide actionable intelligence to support our organization’s mission. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth open-source research using various tools, databases, and methodologies to gather relevant intelligence.
  2. Monitor and analyze online sources, including social media platforms, news websites, forums, and blogs, to identify emerging threats, trends, and developments.
  3. Evaluate the credibility, reliability, and relevance of collected information to produce accurate and timely intelligence assessments.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing investigations, operations, and decision-making processes.
  5. Prepare clear and concise intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  6. Stay abreast of current events, geopolitical dynamics, and technological advancements relevant to the intelligence landscape.
  7. Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, link analysis, and pattern recognition, to uncover insights and connections within large datasets.
  8. Adhere to established policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines while handling sensitive and classified information.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or Computer Science. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, preferably focused on open source intelligence.
  3. Strong understanding of OSINT principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in utilizing OSINT tools and platforms, such as Maltego, Palantir, Recorded Future, and others.
  5. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  8. Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for access to sensitive compartmented information (SCI) and willingness to undergo periodic reinvestigations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data analysis techniques.
  2. Familiarity with geospatial analysis tools and techniques.
  3. Previous experience working in a classified environment or supporting government agencies.
  4. Certification in relevant areas such as Certified Open Source Intelligence Professional (COSIP) or similar.

Note: This position requires a TS/SCI clearance, and candidates must be willing to undergo a thorough background investigation and maintain eligibility for access to classified information.
