YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping. In addition, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Invoicing. Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions which include employee and independent contractor expense reimbursements; vendor bills; and credit card charges ensuring the accuracy of each bill and its proper classification. Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate preparation, posting, and classification of all invoices and payments which include FFP, Cost Reimbursable, and T&M type contracts; preparing deposit slips when needed; maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all transactions, and follow-up on past due amounts.
  • Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.
  • Job cost including reconciliation of WIP accounts.
  • Prepare and post monthly recurring and intercompany journal entries.
  • Assist with payroll allocation entries.
  • Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Assist with the preparation for annual financial statement and other government agency audits.
  • Assist with other general office duties and areas of operation, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Associates Degree in Accounting; Bachelors preferred.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Instructional System Designer, you will provide functional and technical expertise in the development and execution of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), new training product construction and beta testing, refine and/or update existing products, and course evaluations and assessments for the U.S. Army. Additionally, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using ADDIE methodology that identifies security competencies, training requirements, training/professionalization deficiencies, goals, learning objectives, topics, instructional strategies, media selection, and make training recommendations for various stakeholder audiences.
  • Use your experience in learning theory and the principles of adult learning utilizing the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model to develop new and/or revise instructional materials.
  • Create teaching outlines and determine instructional methods based on your knowledge of the specified training needs and the effectiveness of such methods, e.g., individual training, group instruction, lecture, demonstration, conference, meeting, and/or workshop.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree and eight (8) years of progressive intelligence analysis experience or fifteen (15) years of intelligence analysis experience in lieu a degree
  • Ten (10) years counterintelligence collection, investigation, or intelligence analyst experience
  • Three (3) years in identity validation and analysis or targeting.
  • Experience with operations of the Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT)
  • Travel within CONUS and OCONUS to attend meetings, conferences, training, and in support of missions

Primary Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for leading proposals and providing capture and proposal expertise to include Defense and Federal customers. Participation in proposal development team planning and execution, reviewing Requests for Proposal (RFP) requirements,  and conduct analysis on RFP and assessing strategy for responding to requirements.  Candidate will plan, strategize, and position the proposal, including developing win themes, best value propositions, discriminators and graphics. Assist line managers and staffing understanding and implementing capture management and proposal development best practices. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compelling, complete and compliant proposal responses that reflect win strategy elements and align evaluation factors and criteria. Establish short and long-term proposal objectives consistent with organizational strategy.

 

Basic Functions

  • Lead and manage the overall proposal development process from Pre-Proposal through Post Proposal Phases.
  • Analyze the government solicitation, identify all requirements and criteria for evaluation, and prepare and distribute the detailed proposal schedule, outline and guidelines.
  • When necessary, serves as liaison between subcontractors and/or prime contractors on behalf of Patriot Defense Group
  • Manage and be accountable for compliance and the timely submission of the proposal by managing and controlling all proposal activities against the proposal schedule and the RFP’s requirements.
  • Collaborate with executives, management teams, functional units, BD personnel, stakeholders, partners, and subject matter experts to provide proposal leadership, support, and overall direction.

  • Manage multiple proposal tasks with sometimes rapid turnaround deadlines.

Assistant A&S Instructor Camp Lejeune

Patriot Defense Group has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify a Assistant A&S Primary Instructor  who will be seated in Camp Lejeune NC.

The contractor shall assist in the duties and functions associated with the assessment and selection of Marine candidates for follow on training at the Individual Training Course. Personnel shall have the ability to carry 45lbs pack and hike up to 12 miles in one day. Personnel shall be experts in military advanced land navigation and the establishment of SOF specific venues oriented toward team and individual assessments. Personnel shall be expertly skilled in the use of electronic devices utilized to track personnel and global positioning devices worn during land navigation exercises. Personnel shall have the ability to operate the human assessment and performance tool known as the Whole Marine Program during the execution of their assigned duties. Personnel shall have a working knowledge in formulating military operations orders and disseminating the information to other personnel orally. Personnel shall be thoroughly familiar with the 10 MARSOC attributes and how they apply to the selection of Marines. Contractor personnel shall also be assigned as Range Safety Officers. The contractor must have the ability to deliver platform instruction to candidates in attendance of A&S.. The contractor shall be responsible for other training, administrative and operational duties in support of the A&S mission.

In order to facilitate the A&S Program contractor personnel shall utilize the following steps in support of the A&S objectives and goals. Contractor personnel shall have a basic understanding of these steps, and are required as A&S SME’s to possess a working knowledge of the following:

  • Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
  • Program of Instruction (POI) Development, Analysis and Improvement
  • 5 years SOF experience as an E-6 through E-9
  • 3 to 5 years of service within a SOF or a Marine Corps SOF organization as an enlisted member.
  • Formal Military Instructor Course or SOF equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience utilizing the Whole Marine Program software
  • Certified Range Safety Officer
  • Leader of small special ops teams as an enlisted member

Basic Functions

  • Prepares reports for senior management that reflects the current financial status of company and its affiliates.

  • Responsible for oversight and execution of month- end close processes, external audits, sales tax, AR, AP and other account functions.
  • Monitors and confirm financial condition by conducting internal audits and provide information to external auditors.
