Primary Responsibilities

Basic Functions

- Analyze the government solicitation, identify all requirements and criteria for evaluation, and prepare and distribute the detailed proposal schedule, outline and guidelines.
- When necessary, serves as liaison between subcontractors and/or prime contractors on behalf of Patriot Defense Group

Assistant A&S Instructor Camp Lejeune

The contractor shall assist in the duties and functions associated with the assessment and selection of Marine candidates for follow on training at the Individual Training Course. Personnel shall have the ability to carry 45lbs pack and hike up to 12 miles in one day. Personnel shall be experts in military advanced land navigation and the establishment of SOF specific venues oriented toward team and individual assessments. Personnel shall be expertly skilled in the use of electronic devices utilized to track personnel and global positioning devices worn during land navigation exercises. Personnel shall have the ability to operate the human assessment and performance tool known as the Whole Marine Program during the execution of their assigned duties. Personnel shall have a working knowledge in formulating military operations orders and disseminating the information to other personnel orally. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active Top-Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access and CI Polygraph. Clearance, Access and Investigation must appear in JPAS and be within scope (5 – Years). RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support in the areas of CI-focused security screening, CI-focused vetting and intelligence analysis, and administrative support to the Security Vetting Office (SVO)
- Support will include interaction with DoD, Federal Government Agencies and Allied Forces in meeting mission critical requirements
- Possess knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert in intelligence operations, interviewing and screening databases
- Draft special assessments, intelligence reports, bulletins, alerts, threat assessment, and other Intel products
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Develop and maintains procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations
- Advise and assist the counterintelligence analysts on high-risk determinations and provide oversight in the coordination of high-risk assessments with operational guidance
- Develop and administer training on systems and procedures associated with personnel security and vetting operations based on government identified existing and emerging training
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree and eight (8) years of progressive intelligence analysis experience or fifteen (15) years of intelligence analysis experience in lieu a degree
- Ten (10) years counterintelligence collection, investigation, or intelligence analyst experience
- Three (3) years in identity validation and analysis or targeting.
- Experience with operations of the Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT)
- Travel within CONUS and OCONUS to attend meetings, conferences, training, and in support of missions
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools; brief materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Valid US Passport

- Former experience as a DoD Special Agent or Army CI Agent

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a SOF Counterintelligence (CI) Referent, you will provide advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities; coordinate with internal and external entities for support and deconfliction as it relates to CI; and other coordination responsibilities to include coordinating and supporting cross-community meetings and working groups. Additionally, you will:
- Assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce reports.
- Research, create, develop, and deliver multimedia and written reports.
- Participate in report production reviews and respond with corrective measures.
- Assist in identifying critical information needs and collection gaps and identify emerging trends and patterns from reporting.
- Develop an all-source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interest.
- Research, develop, and present CI products at the operational and strategic levels.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
- Current CI Poly.
- Seven (7) years of combined experience with the conduct of counterintelligence functions/activities (service as a CI Agent or equivalent service/interagency occupational specialty focused on HUMINT operations).
- A successful graduate of the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) or Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course (ACICC). Equivalent CI Badge and credential-producing courses will be evaluated to determine relevance.
- Bachelor’s degree and more than seven (7) years of experience, or, an Associate’s degree and nine (9) years of experience, or, 12 years of work experience.
QUALIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in forward-deployed locations supporting SOF.
- Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF or other agency elements.
