Patriot Defense Group is actively looking for an Administrative Security Specialist to fill a long-term contract position located in the Arlington, VA area. The Administrative Security Specialist position will be responsible for providing personnel security and administrative support to Patriot’s customer to meet mission-critical requirements.
Required Minimum Skills Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen;
- Must have an active TOP SECRET security clearance in JPAS;
- Must have an active SCI security clearance in JPAS;
- Must have an active CI Poly security clearance in JPAS;
- Minimum Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Education can be substituted for 2-3 years’ of personnel security administrative experience or 2-3 years’ of military security experience.
- Must have experience with MS Office Suite.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel.
Patriot Defense Group is looking for a Business Operations Associate at our Headquarters located in Maitland, Florida. The Business Operations Associate is responsible for the day-to-day operational functions of the office and has varying responsibilities supporting all aspects of Operations, Accounting, Business Development, and Human Resources functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provides support to Operations with all aspects of training preparation.
- Assists Accounting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Makes travel arrangements for clients, employees, and prospective employees.
- Assists Human Resources with onboarding activities.
- Provides support to the Business Development team with conference preparations and travel arrangements.
- Primary point of contact for business organizations.
- Answers phone calls and directs calls to the appropriate parties or take messages.
- Greets visitors determining whether they should be given access to specific individuals
- Performs general office management duties such as ordering office and kitchen supplies, maintaining filing system, scanning, vendor coordination, maintaining presentable office appearance to include calendar management, schedule/meeting coordination, and travel arrangements, outgoing and incoming mail, and miscellaneous errands.
- Plans and coordinates appointments and events.
- Creates and updates reports and spreadsheets.
- Produces correspondence, presentations, and briefs.

- Minimum two years’ experience in a comparable role, preferably with U.S. Government or professional services.
- Bookkeeping/accounting knowledge a plus.
- Military service a plus.
Patriot Defense Group is actively looking for a Counterintelligence Analyst to fill a long-term contract position located in the Arlington, Virginia area.
Functions & Responsibilities
The Counterintelligence Analyst will be responsible for:
- Performing CI analytical functions to include developing and conducting training.
- CI focused analysis in support of standing or developing intelligence investigations, operations, and collections to support decision making, briefing operations, and personnel.
- Draft assessments in support of investigations, operations, and collections.
- Draft detailed briefing materials in support of operational briefs.
- Utilize a multidiscipline counterintelligence methodology of research and validation of both raw and processed information and provide analysis.
- Provide detailed written assessments and correspondence of tasked analysis.
- Draft and conduct unit level briefings of analytical progress and assessments.
Required Minimum Skills Qualifications

- Must have and maintain a current TOP SECRET security clearance in JPAS
- Must have and maintain a current SCI security clearance in JPAS.
- Must have and maintain a current CI Poly security clearance in JPAS.
- Bachelor’s degree. Education can be substituted for the equivalent intelligence experience.
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience in analyst work.
- Must have experience with MS Office Suite including MS PowerPoint, Palantir, and AnalystNotebook.
The Contractor shall provide Intelligence Analysts responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including: CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting. Intelligence analysts shall interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis. Intelligence Analysts are responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
The TT SME shall provide comprehensive assessments of multiple types/sources of intelligence data and support the F3EAD Targeting Cycle in order to answer intelligence questions and provide recommendations for further action or collection. TT SMEs shall have experience in multiple analytic fields and be capable of applying each intelligence discipline to solve complex problems. The TT SME shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
The position of Expert SIGINT Analyst shall possess the following qualifications:
•Minimum of eight (8) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
•Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
•Shall possess strong briefing skills.
•Shall have a high level of proficiency with National Security Agency (NSA) and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies.
•Strong background and firsthand experience is required in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT systems, tools and databases, reporting and collection management.
•Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience is highly desirable.
•Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligible and NSAnet access
Expert Intelligence Analyst/Military Specialist shall possess the following qualifications:
•Minimum of ten (10) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
•Shall be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
•Shall possess strong briefing skills.
•Strong background and firsthand experience is required in the following analytical areas: Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), data at rest Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis, and Collection Management.
•Must have ability to work independently with little or no supervision
•Must have ability to work as a part of a team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments and to meet specific customer requirements.
•Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
The position of Expert Intelligence Exploitation Analysts shall possess the following qualifications:
•Minimum of ten (10) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
•Shall be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
•Shall possess strong briefing skills.
•Shall possess advance working knowledge of Interrogation, Exploitation and Detainee Operations and other HUMINT missions including methodologies and systems.
•Strong background and firsthand experience is required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis, Geo-Political analysis, HUMINT analysis and Collection Management.
•Acute knowledge of SOF and CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
